Hotel accepts MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit cards as forms of payment. If your payment is made using Visa or MasterCard, please be advised that ROYALTON WHITE SANDS will appear as the vendor on your credit card statement. Payment will be charged in local currency at the exchange rate applicable at that point in time. The Hotel is not responsible for the fluctuation in currency between the bank and the credit card institution when the conversion is made from the local currency into US Dollars. Your authorization to use your credit card number indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions. Therefore, by providing your travel agency or Hotel with authorization to use your credit card, you are confirming that you will pay the total amount charged for those services to the card issuer according to your cardholder agreement. If your payment is made through a travel agency or third party, the travel agent or third party becomes equally responsible for the payment of your reservations and it is the duty of the travel agent or third party to keep a copy of your authorization on file. In the event the credit card holder is not one of the guests in the Group, a Third-Party Credit Card verification process will be completed up to and including completion of a Third-Party Credit Card form with the presentation of two pieces of government issued identification. Reservations are not guaranteed until credit card check is complete and until payment has been successfully made.
